Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
Returning for Replacement or Refund
Dresses must be returned within 3 working days. The client is responsible for return delivery costs.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Dresses must be in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint/hair, free of makeup, stains or odours.
We only accept returns on standard sizes.
Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit
Dresses that do not fit but fit the specifications that you ordered may not be returned or exchanged.
Colour Mismatch
The setting on your computer screen may alter the colour of the pictures shown on our website. Slight colour mismatches in shade, tone or hue, between the colour of your dress and the colour shown on screen does not mean that the dress is defective or incorrectly shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong colour please contact us immediately.
Defective or damaged or items
You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective or damaged items. If you believe that your items were damaged during delivery you must obtain "proof of damage" documentation from your delivery carrier. Please contact us immediately in this unlikely event.
